It's National Pizza Week, so it seems like an ideal time to talk about my new favorite pizza spot - Blaze Pizza. You can make your own pizza for around $8 and it's quick and delicious. And hooray for awesome vegan/vegetarian options! The crust is chewy, the toppings are fresh and flavorful and the combinations are endless. They use Daiya cheese, a dairy-free cheese which melts and tastes great. (And just for the record, my husband loved his gluten-free meaty pizza ;) )

Pizza is usually on my mind. The problem is that there is a serious lack of vegan pizza options in the Murray/Taylorsville area where I reside. Blaze Pizza opened their third Utah location in November, solving all my pizza-related problems. You can find them at 1863 5400 S c, Taylorsville, UT 84118. Their other locations are in Lehi and Farmington.
Blaze Pizza was generous enough to offer me a few free pizzas to share this information, but really, I would have done it for free because I LOVE VEGAN PIZZA!! And I can totally afford $8 a pop. And their Taylorsville location is close and convenient to my house. BUT MOSTLY I LOVE VEGAN PIZZA.
