Welcome to Negroni Week! Bars and restaurants throughout the country will be donating at least $1 from each Negroni sold to their favorite charity. Restaurants under Main Course Management will be donating a portion of the proceeds of Negroni sales to the Utah Rivers Council, a grassroots organization dedicated to the conservation and stewardship of Utah’s rivers and sustainable clean water sources for Utah’s people and wildlife.
My visit to Stanza last month is where I enjoyed my first Negroni. It's a refreshing drink make from sweet vermouth, gin and bitters and garnished with an orange peel. There are quite a few places to sample Negronis this week while giving back to the community.
Check out the Negroni Week offerings from Main Course Management:
Under Current Bar: Rye Negroni Flip with whole egg, rye Campari and sweet vermouth;
Current Fish & Oyster: Sparking Quill with sweet vermouth, Campari, gin and sparkling wine;
Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar: Coccinella with sweet vermouth, Campari, chocolate bitters, lime and simple syrup;
