Many Veggie options at Taste of the Wasatch :)

The irony of not being able to afford two $90.00 tickets for general admission to Taste of the Wasatch is surely not wasted on me. This year they were kind enough to invite me and I'm thrilled to share the vegetarian and vegan options I discover at Solitude on August 4th.

Supporting the following organizations, Taste of the Wasatch raises a lot of money to end hunger in Utah.

Utahans Against Hunger -
Improves access to federal nutrition programs.

Utah Food Bank -
Central hub for food collection and distribution in Utah.

Ogden Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc. -
Provides seamless services to low income children and families to help alleviate poverty.

General admission is $90.00 and you are guaranteed the most amazeballs picnic ever. Bring a blanket to lounge on, wear a big floppy hat and settle in with generous samples of 50 of Utah's top restaurants, breweries and wineries.

If you're wondering about the vegan and vegetarian options check out the tasting menu. You'll notice the menu boasting many vegetarian options. I counted over 30.  Even glorious meaty places like The Copper Onion and Plum Alley are featuring veggie options. I can't wait.
