I'm on a mission to find easy and delicious vegan recipes that aren't too messy. Tonight's dinner was from a gorgeous vegetarian blog, 101 Cookbooks. The Orange Pan-glazed Tempeh and the accompanying couscous was finished in 15 minutes and two dirty pans. I'm impressed.
Here's my little herb garden so far. It's brimming with cilantro, mint, chives and parsley; it's perfect for everything I cook. Fresh herbs are so nice to have around. :)
