Future Pizza

Pre-made pizza sauce (the brand was Organic-ville or some kind of hippie-ville), Daiya cheese and pre-made cornmeal pizza crusts are 15 minutes and 450 degrees away from creating a decent pizza.  It's perfectly good as it is (I had a slice with some tempeh and veggies tonight) but I have bigger plans. I'm going to throw these slices of cheese pizza in the freezer.  And one day, Future Me is going to top them with fresh roasted veggies, seitan, tempeh sausage, and who knows what else.
