Chips and salsa FTW


Today I ate lots of fatty salsa and homemade tortilla chips.

The chips are easy to make (partly because my husband made them) and even healthy!  My husband cut corn tortillas in quarters, sprayed olive oil stuff on both sides, seasoned them with seasoned salt and threw them in  350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. I added canned corn and black beans to some fresh salsa. So healthy and delicious!

  1. mmmm, im a dipper, for sure. wait, that sounds weird. i mean, i love dips. i also cannot believe i NEVER thought of making my own chips! ack! i love it. will be making this tomorrow. thnx.

  2. I love this as a snack and pita chips with a teensy bit of oil and sea salt and sprinkled parm are awesome too! :) Have a great weekend!
