Easy Vegan MoFo! Cannelli Bean Spread with Truffle Oil

Cannelli Bean Spread with Truffle Oil


One can of cannelli beans
One clove of garlic, diced
One tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried parsley for topping
Truffle Oil for drizzling
________________
Put it in the food processor. 

And don't call it hummus!
