Thank goodness for things that don't need recipes - like chili. All I had to do was dice 1/2 onion, three cloves of garlic, two diced jalapenos and saute them in olive oil in a large pot. Then I added two cans of beans, one can of corn and a big can of diced tomatoes and simmered for about a half hour. I added some TVP in there for kicks. And voila! It's chili! AND it's lunch for a week!
Recipes like this make for a less Crazy Face week!
