Edible Wasatch is a free local publication focusing on local food. The layout and photography is beautiful, and (lucky me!) they have a lot of useful recipes. This is one of the best resources for local food that I've seen. There's so much great stuff happening in Utah, it's hard to keep up!
In the fall issue, they feature a recipe for frying brussel sprouts. I adore brussel sprouts and things that are fried, so yes, it was a good combination, and one that I should have thought of myself!
