Meatless Mondays! Stay tuned



 
Every Monday I'll be featuring a new vegan recipe.  Meatless Monday is a way for everyone (omnivores!) to cut down on their meat intake and learn new and yummy ways to incorporate more fruits/veggies into their diet.   2. Thank you so much! It's funny, when I was vegan before I didn't see the value in programs like Meatless Monday, but now things aren't so black and white for me. People transition slowly to a vegan diet, after they feel like it's something they can live with. I think things like Meatless Monday gently nudge people in the right direction. :)
